FAQ

Are the flowers really silk? Will they look fake?

Not at all. The florals are crafted from high-end, premium-grade silk blooms that are nearly indistinguishable from fresh flowers. Each stem for its realism, texture, and movement—creating designs that photograph beautifully and feel elevated in person. Many of our clients say they had no idea the flowers weren’t fresh.

What’s included in delivery and setup?

All of our collections include professional delivery, full installation, and end-of-night takedown at your venue. You don’t have to lift a finger—just enjoy the experience and the results.

Can I make changes to my order?

Absolutely. You can make changes to your order up to 30 days before your event date. After that, we cannot accommodate changes.

What if I want something custom or different from what’s listed?

We love collaborating on special touches! If you're interested in a custom color palette or bespoke floral elements, just reach out. Custom designs are quoted separately and subject to availability.

What happens if I need to cancel?

We understand that plans can shift. While the deposit is non-refundable, we’re happy to work with you to reschedule, pending availability. If you choose to cancel your order entirely, you will not be responsible for the remaining balance—as long as we receive notice at least 30 days before your event.

Can we keep the flowers after the event?

All floral pieces are part of a rental collection and must be returned after the event. However, if you’d like to keep a select piece (like your bouquet) as a keepsake, we’re happy to provide a purchase option upon request.

What happens if something gets damaged?

We get it—events can be unpredictable. In the case of damage, you’ll be responsible for the full replacement value (150% of the rental cost). A $50 per day late fee will apply for any items that can not be picked up on time.
